LEXAN™ Film Backlit Solutions

Characterized by outstanding mar resistance, dimensional stability, and printability without pretreatment, LEXAN™ Backlit Solutions are the best polycarbonate films for screen printing with UV and solvent inks; digital printing using UV or latex inks; and applications over LED or fluorescent lighting. Available in clear, or a wide array of white colors and textures.

Digital Print Film

LEXAN™ Digital Print Film prevents ink delamination of adhesive labels in digital printing. These films are primed and designed explicitly for increased digital UV ink adhesion and robust pressure sensitivity on the printed surface for the highest-quality result.

Anti-Fog Film

LEXAN™ Anti-Fog film is an engineered thermoplastic film with superior reduction visibility in hot and humid environments. The HP92AF option is coated on one side with polycarbonate film, and is used extensively in the healthcare, manufacturing, and packing industries.

Uncoated Graphic Film

LEXAN™ Graphic Film offers outstanding optical clarity, mechanical strength, consistency, and ease of processing. Available in a wide array of custom options such as standard or high-performance grades, these films also offer a variety of surface finishes and textures.

Coated Film

LEXAN™ Coated Film is a modern solution for anti-glare and anti-fog applications. These films guarantee excellent graphics and light diffusion, high resistance to harsh cleaners, chemicals, and UV rays.

Security & ID Card Film

LEXAN™ Security & ID Card Film incorporates sophisticated security features into a thin, durable card. Easy to manufacture with high-temperature resistance, quality optics, and low shrinkage for improved flatness of 50 microns or less per layer.

Touchscreen Film

One- or two-sided LEXAN™ Touchscreen Films are made from hard-coated thermoplastic-sheeted films for scratch resistance, visual purity, impact resistance, and protection from warpage and weathering.

Electrical Film

Chlorine & Bromine Free FR Film

POLYVANTIS’ Chlorine & Bromine Free FR Films are non-brominated, chlorine-free and flame-retardant. Now manufacturers can voluntarily eliminate halogenated additives in their products while meeting the European Union’s Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE 2006) directives.
